Well, here it goes! We are installing a Rancho 4"lift on this new 2004 F-150! Once finished, this truck will have 35" tires and in cab control for the shocks!
This is Rick, who does our fabricating, welding and installing of lift kits or lowering kits.
This is my F-250 Superduty getting the Rancho 4" kit installed by Rick & myself.
We decided to start at the back, which is the easiest. We took apart the u bolts and added the rear block kit.
Then it was onto the front, which was not to bad. The kit came with new front springs.
There was no cutting or welding involved in this kit, however, by cutting the pitman arm off, saved a lot of time!
This was the finished product! (which is also on the home page)This truck is really smooth on and off road.We put Mickey Thompson Baja Mtx's with very little tire noise.
