At Top Dog Truck Toys, we are committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect about you to process your order and to provide a more personalized shopping experience. We may use your email address when we are confirming your internet order, or to ask you a question about your order if we are unable to reach you by phone. We will never make your email address available to any other company or organization.

Guarantee
Shop with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with any unused item, simply return it within 30 days for a replacement or a refund, whichever you prefer. Returned merchandise must be returned according to instructions on your invoice, including all original packaging, paperwork, and properly packed to avoid damage. If the mistake was ours, we will refund normal ground shipping charges. Credits or exchanges cannot be issued for improperly packed items. Items that are returned damaged or incomplete may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. No returns will be accepted on used, painted, customized, or special order items, so please order carefully and pre-fit parts before painting.

Order Tracking
If you placed your order online, click on the link in the confirmation email that was sent to you (if you provided us with a valid email address) or click the Order Tracking link on our Home page You will need to use the Confirmation Number that you were given when you placed your order.

If you placed your order over the phone, click the Order Tracking link on our Home page. You will need to use the Order Reference Number given to you when you placed your order.

Note: Only packages that are shipped via UPS can be tracked. Some packages ship via US Postal Service and some ship directly from the supplier; we cannot track those packages.

Products Not in our Catalog
We have a wide variety of products available. Not everything we carry is listed in our on-line catalog or our printed catalogs. In addition, most items listed in our catalogs (both on-line and in print) are available for other makes and models. If you need something we do not show in our catalogs, we will get it for you. Typographical Errors
All prices are subject to change without prior notice. However, we will notify you of a price change before shipping. Please note that Top Dog Truck Toys cannot be responsible for typographical or other errors, and reserves the right to cancel any orders resulting from such errors.

Returns and Exchanges
Return any new and unused part to us within 60 days from the shipment date and we'll refund the full purchase price, excluding shipping charges. Merchandise must be returned according to the instructions below. Used or incomplete merchandise cannot be accepted, since we only sell new merchandise. Merchandise may be subject to 15% restocking fee. Please keep all boxes, warranties, and owner's manuals when you receive them. They are very important in the event merchandise is damaged, becomes defective, or needs to be returned. No returns will be accepted on painted, modified, "Custom" or "Special" items. Please pre-fit these items before painting. Electrical items are limited to a 15-day return period.

We've taken every precaution to protect sensitive data sent over the Internet. All personal and credit card information entered on your order is transmitted in an encrypted form for your protection. All transactions are kept secure when you use Netscape Navigator 3.0 or higher, or any compatible Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) browser to order our products. These browsers automatically "scramble" personal information so it remains safe as it travels the Internet

Shipping and Handling Charges
FedEx or US Postal Service will be used to ship all products except those indicated Truck Freight (see below). Use the Shipping Chart below to determine what your shipping costs will be.

This chart does not apply to Truck Freight Shipments or to shipments outside the Continental United States ( see below).

An additional charge may be added to your order for FedEx Oversize items.

Extra shipping charges may a lso apply to some extremely heavy items. In all cases, you will see any extra shipping charges on the final Check Out page, before your order is completed.

Truck Freight
These items are too large for FedEx and are shpped via Common Carrier (semi-truck). Freight charges will be added at the end of your order, and are in addition to our standard shipping charges. Once you place a freight shipped item into your cart, you can click on the "Shipped By Truck Freight" link to see what the charge for that item will be. Please provide a business shipping address for Common Carrier shipments.

Express Shipping
Express shipping within the continental United States (lower 48 states) is available for orders on in-stock, regular-sized items. Note that for an order to qualify for express shipping, every item on the order must be eligible for express shipping. The following express shipping options are available. Note that all prices are in addition to our standard shipping charges.

3-day Express Shipping -- $8.95 additional charge
2-day Express Shipping -- $12.95 additional charge
Overnight delivery -- $19.95 additional charge

Shipping Damages
UPS, US Postal Service, or FedEx shipments - Please notify us at (877) 228-8697 immediately so we can initiate the claim process. Please keep all packaging materials should the carrier wish to inspect them.

Truck Freight Shipments - It is imperative to make a note of any damage on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery. Open and inspect the merchandise carefully before signing the delivery receipt. We can only initiate claims if the damage was noted at the time of delivery.

Warranty
Most products are warranted against manufacturer defects for 90 days unless otherwise specified. Warranty is void if an item is altered, misused, or installed improperly. Top Dog Truck Toys is not liable for any direct or indirect consequential damage of any kind.

When You Can Expect to Receive Your Order
In order to determine when you will receive your order, consider when we ship the order and the length of time it takes to ship from our warehouse to you.

When we ship the order: The expected ship date for each item you ordered was shown on the Parts Display page when you ordered the item. If you didn't notice the date and want to see it, then type your item number in the Search Box in the upper left hand corner of any screen, hit "Enter" and you'll see the Parts Display page for the item you ordered. Stock levels change constantly, so it may not be the same as when you ordered it. Click here to see an explanation of the different messages you may see.

Length of Time to ship:
· If the item is in stock, that means it will be shipped out of our warehouse. Once we ship your order, it will take an additional 1 to 5 days for you to receive it. Click here to determine how long it will take for you to receive it after we ship it.

· If the item is not in stock, we will ship it from our warehouse as soon as we receive it or we may ship it directly from our supplier to you if we determine you will receive it faster that way.

· If you have items on your order with different expected ship dates, we will ship each item as soon as it's available.

· We try to be as accurate as possible when estimating our ship dates. We would rather over-estimate than under-estimate.
