My name is Chris. I am a 110% truck enthusiast. My enthusiasm began in 1989 when I entered my first truck show with my tricked out 89 Chevy 4x4. As I was looking around at the various trucks, one in particular stood out like no other. It was a 1989 Ford F250 with 44 tires. The truck stood at 10.5 tall and 9.5 wide. It was the tallest truck I had ever seen up close. The owner, Rob, had no problem talking about this awesome truck. We quickly became friends and this began an incredible truck adventure.
We traveled to truck shows from Bloomsburg, PA to Essex Junction, VT, entering Robs big truck and the various trucks I owned. My trucks have always been decked out and personalized, right down to the license plate. I went from a 96 Dodge Ram with all the toys, to a 99 Ford Explorer, back to an 02 Ford F250 Superduty extended cab. The pickups are my favorite, the Superduty being the best so far for me.
This is a daily driver truck which I use for plowing in the winter and a show truck in the summer, plus it pulls the family camper and boat.
This truck has an amazing 400-Watt sound system installed by a longtime friend, Paul. He is now in our Hi-Tech department installing remote starters, stereos, DVDs, etc. You name it he can install it.
From all my past experience, I have discovered the many products, some good, some not so good, that work with the many vehicles out there. I have also discovered the poor customer service other truck stores offer.
From all of my knowledge in the automotive world and my passion for trucks, Top Dog Truck Toys was born. This company is owned and operated by my wife and I.
